[UI5 Dialog]: Incompability with SAP Web Assistant

Bug Description

Hi UI5 team, as can be seen in the screenshot, we have the following problem: We use SAP Web Assistant (to the right of the screenshot) to highlight different buttons in our UI. However, once we open a dialog in the main screen, the dialog overshadows everything including the Web Assistant. This used to not be the case as we were also able to highlight buttons in the dialog once that is opened.

Even with a dialog open the Web Assistant should still be working fine and highlight elements like the screenshot below suggests.

Unfortunately, I don't have an isolated example, but hope you might have a system that is connected with the SAP Web Assistant - as there are agreements that UI5 should be compliant with it.

Hello @xqtion,

Please clarify whether your question is regarding the SAPUI5 Dialog or judging by the screenshot Popover. Or you mean the UI5 WebComponent Dialog.

If you mean SAPUI5, then open an dev incident. If you use WebComponents, please isolate a sample i.e. in StackBlitz or similar platform for creating samples/mini apps.

Hi Georgi @Valkanister (somehow cannot tag you),

sorry for the unclear screenshots, so for Screenshot #1 we would have the UI5 WebComponent Dialog in the middle (framed red) that will be in front of everything - hence the SAP Web Assistant on the right turns grey (also framed red).

In Screenshot #2, the SAP Web Assistant has the proper white color (framed red) and would be able to identify elements as shown with the Edit Label.

The problem here is that I don't think embedding the SAP Web Assistant can be accomplished in a mini app. Let me know if I can contact you via mail or whatsoever to show it directly in our app.
