Proposed changes

• Add accessibility Role 'header' on Titles from menus;
• Standardize the Radio component with the correct colors throughout the entire app;
• updated react-native-gesture-handler to fix the android native button emitting 2 press events when talkback is enabled Fix Android native buttons emitting 2 press events when talkbalk is enabled software-mansion/react-native-gesture-handler#3002;
