Can't launch ACNL WA with Vapecord Enabled

I'm getting the same error code as #214 except I didn't use vapecord previously to today on my first try. It immediately gave me the same error screen. I already went through the steps linked in #214, updated luma, but when I go to move onto the next step of deleting nimbus from my plugin folder i can't.

The only files that were in my plug in folder were titled 0004000000198e00 or similar all containing a folder titled snd with the sounds accept, cancel, cursor, deselect, and select, and then a file titled Vapecord_Public.3gx
After attempting all the other steps I deleted th copies of the folder to just one and now Vapecord doesn't even launch when I launch my acnl wa game. idk if i deleted too many duplicates, i wouldn't think that would make it not run at all?

Vapecord is set up with each folder in /luma/plugins/ corresponding to every variation of the game. If you decide to remove the extras, make sure to keep the one you need.
To be extra sure, 0004000000198e00 is the folder for the USA ACNLWA variation (green leaf icon.)
Does that match the version you have?
