Broken README links

Some links to .md files in the README lead to nonexistent pages. Their 'main' segment after 'blob/' is missing with the '../' syntax, leading to a broken link like this.

This is because we need to links like this to actually render the documentation correctly.

If somebody figures out a way to make both the documentation and README on Github work, we could merge that. Otherwise, I'm leaning towards "won't fix" as I don't see how we can fix this otherwise.
