"UNSMITH" tab breaks keyboard tab navigation

Keyboard navigation is broken when the "UNSMITH" tab is enabled, I believe this is because this tab has an id of 99 and keyboard navigation expects that tab ids are consecutive, so when using the keyboard to get past the "Singularity" tab, you get in limbo. Also the tab buttons are not in the same order as the ids so tabs get selected out of order.
