Added a new 404 Error Page which aligns with the theme as the website

Description

Implemented a custom responsive 404 Error page that displays when a user navigates to an invalid or non-existent route.
The page includes:
- A bold and eye-catching "404!" message styled with a gradient and animation.
- A "Oops, Page Not Found!" subheading.
- A button labeled "Return to Home" to redirect users back to the homepage.
- Added smooth hover effects and animations to enhance interactivity and provide a polished user experience.
