Add 3D assembly fixture

Task description

• Create small testable fortran mesh withouth abc and with a single force
• rename 2D assembly fixture
• add 3D assembly fixture
• add provenance for 3D benchmark tests (see dim3/homogeneous)

Acceptance criteria

• The tests for the new function bar() pass
