This change adds reference documentation for the `equals()` and `if()` functions and expands the documentation for the `format()` function.
This change adds reference docs for: - The `dsc extension` command - The `dsc extension list` command and its output - The extension manifest - The expected output for the `discover` extension operation
This change updates the reference documentation for the `dsc config` command and subcommands to demonstrate the syntax for passing parameters to a command from stdin.
