Gain slider disappears.

Describe the bug
Testing on a Raspberry Pi 4b: When Gain is set to "0" and you press the left arrow, the Gain slider disappears.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set up a camera
2. Set the Gain slider to 0
3. Click on the left-pointing (decrease) arrow of the Gain slider.
4. The slider disappears.
5. Set up and switch to another pipeline.
6. The Gain slider is visible.
7. Switch back to the original pipeline.
8. The Gain slider appears and has a value of 75 (default value).

• Hardware Platform (ex. Raspberry Pi 4, Windows x64): Raspberry Pi 4
• How is it powered? (ex. Zinc-V, Pololu Buck Converter, Battery Bank): Wall Power
• Network Configuration (Connection between the Radio and any devices in between, such as a Network Switch):
• PhotonVision Version: Ethernet connection to router
• Browser (with Version) (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.): Edge 143.0.3650.66
• Camera(s) Used: Arducam OV9281
