Since `LazyReferencePropertyProxy` is only made to be used
for inner property reference, it seems unamrfull
It's ~nullability shall be define on its parent

This PR is rebased on openapi-generators#329 and is a continuation of #1
It resolves conflicts and remote references when parsing api yaml/json files.
Tests have been added to allow 100% coverage of the newly created files
