Display svId for SampledValue Control Blocks #36
Description
One nice improvement might be to show the svID for sampled value control blocks in the tooltip and the detailed mapping information.
The standard requires this to be unique and since the control block name is specified (sort of, in IEC 61869-9) this is one place where often information about the intent or function of the SMV stream is placed.
In Transpower's usage we distinguish the streams by purpose (e.g. phase CTs or neutral CTs or for station-wide voltage selection using this field) and make it unique by prefixing the IED name. Following IEC 61869-9 the SMV control block name is standardised (perhaps incorrectly?) and so is not terribly useful:
