Closes openscd/open-scd-core#92 As part of a drive-by under the influence of @ca-d also remove visual tests. Linter wanted to change a couple of files also.

Closing in favour of #27 as I'm sure I overheard one of the maintainers say they didn't want to lose the visual tests and don't want to hold up the major part of this PR on account of this. |
