[cpp-qt5] Qt5 PetStore sample failed to compile #256

Description
On master the Petstore sample after being generated with the script does not compile.
Just compile the repo and run script and then try to compile the code in Qt Creator

Suggest a fix/enhancement
- Missing Includes for shared_ptr
- Migration to shared pointer without updating the pointer accessor
- Duplicate padding of OAI for example OAIOAIPet
