Pay invoices online redirects the customer on the SAML2 Provider (JumpCloud)

We are facing the following issue:

We are sending invoices by emails, and expect the customers (public users, no account required) to pay the invoices online.

When clicking on "Pay now", the customers are redirected to the JumpCloud login page.

Has anyone any idea on how to fix it ?
