🎮 Nicolás Rosa Caballero

Game Developer (2D/3D/Gameplay Design)

I'm a game developer that usually gets lost in tool making. I'm fascinated by technology and I love both programming and designing, I also do art as a hobby! I focus on performant and scalable code that's abstract enough to work with comfortably but not too abstract for it to be hard to understand. I enjoy working with small or big teams and learning from those who are better than me. About games, it depends on when you ask me, but for me a game must have either a good story or a crazy gameplay. What "crazy" means for me is complex, I leave it as an exercise to the reader.

👨‍💻 About me

I started learning programming back in 2017 with Java and I started doing game dev with Unity in 2018. After that, I enrolled the next year (2019) at UCM University in Spain to study the career for Game Design and Development where I improved my programming and low-level knowledge to further improve the quality of my code. Right now I focus on doing small prototypes and games, 2D and 3D with a bigger focus on the first one. I also enjoy creating tools that simplify or solve some specific needs in the form of web apps because of their ease of access and distribution.
