Can't cancel setting clipboard contents

Describe the bug
Canceling copy bytes doesn't work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Accidentally select way too much without realizing it (several GB worth)
2. Copy special "Byte String (No Spaces)"
3. Try to cancel
4. See error

Expected behavior
It should cancel.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win 10 1809
• Ghidra Version: 12.1_DEV

The code that copies from the selected ranges is checking the monitor's cancelled state. If it is not responsive, I'm not sure where that code would be. When I tried it, it worked as expected for me.

It was stuck specifically in "setting clipboard contents" not sure if that helps or not. This isn't the first time I've done this by mistake as well.

I suppose it is possible that it got past the looping and monitor checking, moving on to setting the data. If the data were large enough, then maybe the JVM was churning allocating memory. Not much we can do in that case. The only thing I think we could do here is to add a confirmation dialog when the selection is 'large'.

That works for me. It was over 0x20000000 bytes 😂.
