Hardware: GPU
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
Describe the bug
Whenever I suspend the laptop, either because of hypridle, because I run systemctl suspend
or by closing the lid, and I press any key, it takes a long time to wake up (it seems to take increasingly longer depending on for how long the laptop was in sleep mode, from 15 seconds if I wake it up right after suspending it to a couple of minutes if the laptop had been sleeping for half an hour / an hour).
I followed every guide I could find, I've changed the kernel parameters, the grub config and other configuration files, but still no luck.
It's also important to note that I already had this issue and managed to solve it following the already cited guides, but it came up once again after running paru -Syyu
like a week ago so I guess it could be a bug that came up with the latest version of either nvidia-open
or hyprland
.
To Reproduce
systemctl suspend
- press any key...
