For some reason theres a deprication warning at the end of using earth2studio:

sys:1: DeprecationWarning: Call to deprecated function (or staticmethod) _destroy.

Python 3.12, need to track down whats causing it at least.

Seems its getting deprecated from the numcodecs library. Best guess is somehow zarr library is calling this.

For now downgrading to pip install numcodecs==0.14.1 removes the warning.

Okay, this was because of some warning settings in physicsnemo that have been turned off on main. Will be shipped in next release:
