Description
- Finalize oncall tool that integrates with GitHub (PRs, issues, discussions)
- Integrate oncall tool for PRs and issues
- oncall will be manually assigned to PRs
- Establish list of inaugural oncall members
- Test oncall tool for 2 rotations
- Launch oncall tool
- oncall will be automatically assigned to all new PRs
- Phase out final review for low complexity PRs
- Phase out final review for medium complexity PRs
