It appears that in recent versions of OSX, the GL headers are removed and not needed anymore. @jbmouret @Aneoshun can you verify that this is working OK in your Mac PCs?

It works but the master was working before (with the narrowing patch).

In the master, I get this result:
Magnum: Checking for OpenGL includes : /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/A/Headers

but yes, this does not seem to be mandatory.

Yes in recent M1 laptops (a few of my students have them), it seems that there is no GL.h header. I'll merge this. Seems harmless.
