Use MOM6 logs to trigger ocean post-processing jobs #4717

What new functionality do you need?
Currently, ocean post-processing is triggered by either the end of the forecast or the creation of the netCDF file needed by the next post-processing job. It would be better if the post-processing were triggered by a log, which MOM6 now outputs.
Acceptance Criteria
- MOM6 logging is enabled
- Ocean post-processing is triggered when MOM6 logs are copied to COM
- All answers are the same
