Highlight conflict with TODO comments #200
Description
So, I added a todo-comment plugin https://github.com/folke/todo-comments.nvim, and uses this papercolor scheme, and the todo-comment highlight color goes wrong, which doesn't happen with other colorschemes.
NVIM v0.9.5, papercolor v1.0, todo-comments v1.2.0
Didn't find out why myself, so asking for help.
