This was originally posted by @austinmccollum in MicrosoftDocs/edge-developer#3500.
The (?) icon link is broken: it goes to https://permanently-removed.invalid/devtools-export-hars.
It should go to https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/devtools/network/reference#save-all-network-requests-to-a-har-file instead.
Can you please fix the link and possibly check if there are other similar permanently-removed.invalid links in DevTools. Ideally, there would be a test that reports them at CI time, to avoid shipping broken links.
