PKCS12 support has been removed from tf-psa-crypto since PR crypto#389. PKCS5 tests where PKCS7 padding is disabled has also been removed. There is not need to keep these exceptions around. Signed-off-by: Valerio Setti <valerio.setti@nordicsemi.no>
