@GilbertCherrie When you get a chance,

• please convert to a markdown file named cypress.md
• Change step 1 to point to the developer setup guide (via relative link)
• For the step of running the simulator you can do bundle exec rake app:simulate_queue_worker

The rest looks good. We can do any other changes after review of the .md file, such as including @jrafanie's ENV var changes.
