Not working with macOS High Sierra

It seems not to work anymore with macOS High Sierra (see attached Screenshot).

I tried it again with the latest "Install macOS High Sierra.app". Now I got this:

Output is "RecoveryPartitionInstaller-10.13.pkg" which has a size of 98KB.

I get the following error. both cocoadialog and the macOS install seems to cause issues.

Can I help? Attempt to fix the issue? What's the best way for me to do this?
