Hi,
I added a pull request with all the changes required for Castle Windsor to work perfectly in examples using all the features from MediatR.
This should close the issue #741 when it is merged successfully.
The comments were added to make the developers aware that some code is required and not useless (to remain later in the solution after other pull requests).
