Support for contact objects (sendContact)

At least sending of contact objects could be implemented by overriding #asTelegramBotMessageFor: on ViContactCard (Vivide) and adding another subclass of TBMediaMessage accordingly. Challenge: Create a new package for this so that Vivide is not a hard dependency.
