Support for SPV_NV_cooperative_matrix2 and SPV_NV_tensor_addressing

Are SPV_NV_cooperative_matrix2 and SPV_NV_tensor_addressing in the scope of SPIRV-LLVM-Translator?

The SPIRV-LLVM-Translator currently only supports the OpenCL/compute "flavour" of SPIR-V. If those extensions fall under that category (I couldn't really tell myself) then the answer would be yes.

@jeffbolznv is there any information available on how the new coopmat2 intrinsics can work with OpenCL?
SPV_KHR_cooperative_matrix has some information in its docs on how it may be used with OpenCL, which made me wonder if coopmat2 can be used with OpenCL similarly.

Frankly, I don't see anything specific to Shaders in these 2 NV extensions, so there are no reasons not to add them to the translator. Since the extensions are vendor-specific @VarLad you should understand a lack of interest from the translator community to add them :) If you want to spend time and prepare the patch - you can expose new instructions in SPIR-V friendly LLVM IR form, described in https://github.com/KhronosGroup/SPIRV-LLVM-Translator/blob/main/docs/SPIRVRepresentationInLLVM.rst .

@VarLad (and if you decide to prepare a patch and use it in a custom compiler) note, for the type itself - the translator expects target extension type to represent a matrix. Clang doesn't provide a builtin type for it. So in SYCL we added a workaround, tweaking clang to recognize pointers to struct declarations and checking a name of the structure, it looks like this: https://github.com/intel/llvm/blob/sycl/clang/lib/CodeGen/CodeGenTypes.cpp#L362
