Assertion failure inside rr causing test x86_64-linux-gnuassertrr to fail

I'm not sure if there is much action to be done on the Julia side, since this error seems to be coming from rr itself.

Still, this seems to be a cause of flakiness in test x86_64-linux-gnuassertrr.

We don't know. rr-debugger/rr#3717. It'd be useful to try to find out which file it's complaining about to see if we think it might be being written concurrently.

As discussed in the rr bug, this appears to be an upstream zfs bug (which is the file system used on the amdci machines).
