Single tree segmentation from terestrial LiDAR forest scans
R package for the segmentation of single trees from terrestrial LiDAR point cloud data. The package uses an adapted comparative shortest graph parametric segmentation approach method and adds an improved cost function and capabilities of tiled processing of large areas.
