Overview

Coming over from JoshuaKGoldberg/eslint-plugin-package-json#993 (comment), eslint-doc-generator builds require having built source code first. We've resolved to have blockESLintPlugin run pnpm build --no-dts before eslint-doc-generator in its build task.
