Latest version detection is broken

The endpoint to get the latest Javacord version (https://docs.javacord.org/rest/latest-version/release) is no longer available, so the LatestVersionInfo.vue component has to be updated.

Currently this is handled by requesting the information from shields.io, which works. Do you still want this to use a different api or do you consider this fixed (with a cleanup removing the obsolete constants pending)?
