[NitroRole] Add a setting sub-command to check the config.

Heya Jack,

For the nitrorole cog, could there be a setting sub-command (nitrorole settings/view/showsettings) to check the settings -

• (could be embedded, containing autoassignrole role if any, maybe the setimage if it's there, the channel, and if unassignonboostend is marked as true - just the basics)

The reason is, that it'd be way better to look at the config that way without re-doing the whole setting because after a certain time, people usually forget what setting was there!
So, having a small setting would help out a lot.
