ENH - MAG SPICE transformations #1994
Description
Summary
Add frame transformations for MAG L1D and L2 to RTN and GSE frames. This involves updating mag_l1d.py and mag_l2.py to do the frame transformations and generate 2 additional CDFs.
Requirements
The more specific the better.
- Update MAG L2 and L1D to create two new CDF files with the frame transformations applied
- Update the attributes as necessary
