Dataset extraction failure message lists sender as "CheckAndExecuteUI"

Describe the bug
Executing a dataset extraction the 'Sender' must always be a dataset. If the logging fails or the error somehow comes from a pipeline or system level operation not just the dataset the the message appears as sender "CheckAndExecuteUI".

This means it is not shown when a Filter is applied (e.g. when selecting a dataset).
