"Delete" should say "Remove" when the object is being dissociated from a parent project/folder

When removing a ExternalCohort or Catalogue (and likely others) from a Project there is the option to "delete". However, this option does not "delete" the object, simply removes its reference from the Project.

Update the UI options for these operations to say "Remove" so the operation is clearer to the user.

On retrospect, the example above is actually correct, and will delete the Saved Cohort. However, if removed from a Extraction Configuration, RDMP now correctly states that it will be removed:
