Since this does change the interface with Graphiti, we should probably make it a major release so that SPM doesn't resolve to incompatible versions of GraphQL and Graphiti. Graphiti can be a minor release. |

This was implemented by adding the Swift Collections dependency and adjusting most ordinary
Dictionaryinstances toOrderedDictionary.Graphiti will require a PR to be compatible, which I will submit shortly.
