Scrcpy did not work window mode and did't show recent apps

What happened to scrcpy.... or samsung
Did not work Properly on Arch linux with samsung dex alternative like above image
When i Open scrcpy commend it work proper as mirror ,
But When i am using scrcpy --new-display it does not work normally,
In my device everything has enabled like USB Debugging , multi window mode for all apps, desktop experience.
is these issue happened by Scrcpy or Samsung Device?
I did know.....!
