Green screen on Windows with Intel UHD Graphics 730 (controls still work)

Environment

• OS: Windows
• Scrcpy version: 4.1
• Android version: 11

Describe the bug

When running on Windows with the integrated GPU (Intel UHD Graphics 730), the screen appears entirely green. Although no image is displayed, the controls are still working properly.

Does it work with another render driver?

scrcpy --render-driver=direct3d

Maybe another problem related to direct3d11: libsdl-org/SDL#14733

Direct3D mode is blurry with visual artifacts, while software decoding results in a green screen (same as the screenshot above).

I've also tried other modes: Vulkan, OpenGL, OpenGLES2, GPU, Direct3D11, and Direct3D12. The GPU, Direct3D11, Direct3D12, and Direct3D modes all look the same. Vulkan looks terrible, and the other modes result in a green screen.

Try to record:

scrcpy --record=file.mp4

Then play the file with vlc or firefox.

What's the result?

OK, the problem is the device encoder, which is buggy, then.
