What? pohang_base_station_sample.json - 포항에 실제 존재하는 기지국 데이터입니다. weekly_cell_sample.json - 일주일 간 한 피의자의 샘플 이동 데이터입니다. pin_sample.json - 핀으로 추가 될 샘플 데이터입니다.
What? Json 파일을 파싱할 수 있도록 디코딩 하는 Util 입니다. 테스트 코드를 참고해주세요.
