Can't get this working with fully kiosk

Hi,

I use this on a wall mounted android tablet which is locked down in single app kiosk mode using the 'fully kiosk' app. When I click a locked card when in kiosk mode, the keyboard doesn't appear and so I can't unlock it. I've checked my fully kiosk settings and everything that seems to be related to the keyboard is enabled. I also have the manual alarm card on my instance and the keyboard pops up normally when I click the input box and so it seems that the keyboard itself isn't blocked. Would you please have any recommendations of things I can try?
