Cannot set templates directory globally

mustache::set_base() seems to only work when called from a CROW_ROUTE handler, calling it from outside a handler does not change the base directory for templates.

This line seems to be the issue. I just can't find out its purpose... 😆

Generally speaking, the global mustache base is overwritten on each rule call. They should instead maybe back it up 🤷🏻

The idea is to reset the base directory in case it had been set by a blueprint previously.

This seems like an oversight on my part when working on Blueprints, the best solution would be to have a set_global_base() function and compare against that instead of "templates".
