Exeption: System.exeption: File not found error

when i try to build my os it didnt find file calculator,bmp but the name and directory and format of this file didnt have any problems and error is just for this file. its on IL2CPU.

That explains everything, you didn't set it to embedded resource. Please just set it to embedded resource (Click the file, click the dropdown that says "Build Action", then set it to "Embedded Resource".
