System.RuntimeTypeHandle.CreateInstanceForAnotherGenericParameter(System.Runtime.CompilerServices.QCallTypeHandle, System.IntPtr*, System.Int32, System.Runtime.CompilerServices.ObjectHandleOnStack) should be plugged for Array.Sort to work properly
