VS Crash easily reproducable using debugger

Pressing Stop in VS with active debugging connection to VMWare causes VS to freeze and then crash, error log is attached as screenshot.

I worked a bit on the debugger since then, so this might have been fixed

i havent checked in a while , due to personal issues i didnt have much time for cosmos (my apologies) if anyone can test this i would be happy
