Overview
Updates the “Run a node” docs to remove genesis-file setup and instead point users to named-network/profile-based configuration for Besu/Linea Besu/Maru.

In besu.mdx, instructions now focus on downloading Compose + config only (no genesis), add Windows guidance, and explicitly set network to linea_mainnet/linea_sepolia with a note that --network can’t be used with --genesis-file.

In linea-besu.mdx and maru.mdx, the content is refreshed to emphasize profiles/named networks, update the Maru run command to --network, add notes about mutually exclusive genesis flags, and tighten prerequisites/links for the Docker compose files.

AFAIK if you don't use genesis file, you will need to used named network. So, I suspect removing genesis file --> requires adding how to name network
Perhaps @Gwen-M is better placed to say?

We can remove the genesis file mention. I’m not sure we need to expand much on the named network here, one short explanation should be enough. We already point users to linea-besu.config.toml, which is the source of truth for how to enable it.

And to avoid surprises, would you mind tagging me (or adding me as a reviewer) on any updates to the node runner section, since I’m the main technical PoC for partner node runners?

Linea Besu: note that profiles embed network (no genesis needed). + remove note

Maru: binary example uses --network + note about not mixing with genesis.
