Set up Linting

Set up style linting. With projects with a lot of users, it's important to make sure that there is a common agreed upon style. I recommend using pylint

It would be nice if you also incorporated quote style linting, like I just added to Packet: ComputerScienceHouse/packet#186
The defaults I set there roughly follow what I've seen in PEP code examples and in what python is self will output.
