Describe Codebox Docker images

There are various official Docker images and it'd be really useful to have at least a short description for each.

Ideally they:

• You have a full description with usage example
• Be automated-builds
• Link to GitHub and link to their Dockerfile

Now it's possible that they are not meant to be used directly; that's fine, just write that then.
