This pull request updates the packaging configuration to ensure that test CSV files are included for benchmarking purposes. The change affects the
MANIFEST.infile.Packaging and test data inclusion:
MANIFEST.into include all CSV files fromtsnkit/test/data/for benchmarking, while still excluding other CSV files globally.
